sr-2000HD DVB subtitle problem was created by flipfop

Hello Guys

i have a problem in sr-2000 HD on a local package .
the package have HD channels that use DVB subtitle ,the subtitle appear's interrupted on my sr-2000HD .
when the discussion is slow on the channels the subtitle will be ok for some time ,when it become faster the subtitle will be missed or sometimes appear for less than 0.5 sec.

hint : the subtitle works normally on sr-2000HD ACE ,so the problem is for sure from my reciever sr-2000HD.
hint 2:i tried on 2 different sr-2000HD reciever's
is there any way to solve this problem .

Hi
I have an Hd 1000 models Starsat Receiver.
Arabsat satellite frequency 11881 .27500.Horizontal
26 . degrees. trouble
This channel does not all sound frequencies
No sound
I have updated the software also
But there is still a problem
No Sound
